By accessing or using RepFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RepFlow. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

RepFlow provides AI-powered prospect research and cold outreach generation tools. You provide a company URL and target persona; the Service returns AI-generated outreach content. You are solely responsible for how you use this content and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or equivalent)
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data

Compliance with email laws is your responsibility. RepFlow does not review or approve outreach content before it is used.

4. Payment & Subscription

RepFlow is offered as a monthly subscription at $499/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

RepFlow and its underlying technology are owned by the Service. AI-generated email content produced through the Service is provided to you for your use; you own the final outreach content you send. You grant us a limited license to process your input data solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. OUTREACH PERFORMANCE DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 3 MONTHS.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
